What is the Performance Package?
The Proformance Package is 1 sessions per week as part of a small group up to 8 people led by our strength and conditioning coaches covering everything you need to enhance speed, strength & power.
What if my goals are different to the other peoples’ in the group?
It doesn’t matter. Our coaching team specialise in delivering individual training programmes in a group setting with great results. Our Athletic Profiling tells us exactly what you need to work on to make you a better athlete.
How long are the contracts for your packages?
We ask for 3 months commitment at the start because that is how long it will takes to see real progress towards your goals. So it’s a 3 month contract that reverts to a 1 month rolling contract after that.
Are there any joining fees?
There are no joining fees that most gyms charge and leave you wondering what you’ve just paid for. All new members do need to attend an initial one-to-one assessment where complete the Athletic Profiling and set your targets. This ensures we put together the right programme for you.
