Our LTAD Curriculum provides a progressive framework for the integration and application of youth strength and conditioning that can be utilised in a range of settings professional sports academies, gifted and talented school sports programmes, physical education and youth sports teams.
The Development Phase is specifically targeted at athletes aged between 12-15 years old and builds up on our Foundation Phase curriculum, introducing more advanced forms of strength, training, plyometrics, speed and agility.
